FOUNDER

Taylor Friedlander, Esq., is a former attorney passionate about helping lawyers elevate their careers, while working closely with firms to strategically grow their teams.

She has placed over 60 attorneys at a range of firms, from major international hubs to intimate boutiques. Previously, she was the top performer at a California-based legal search firm for four consecutive years.

Taylor earned her JD from the Pepperdine School of Law and her BA from Amherst College.

WHY INYO

Prior to founding Inyo, Taylor solo hiked the 210-mile John Muir Trail (JMT), a route of incredible imagery, which runs from the Summit of Mount Whitney to Yosemite Valley. Some of the most remarkable portions of the JMT go through Inyo National Forest — a place of clarity, strength, and spaciousness — for which the firm is named.

The experience reinforced the resilient, spirited, and adaptable qualities that Taylor brings to each and every search.
